Super Size Me !! JACOB BOLTON QUITS SUCROSE. Follow his progress: "I quit Sugar" diet: Day One to Day Six - struggle, migraines

 Sugar definitely is at poison levels today. It has become a toxic (and highly lucrative) drug. Does the  I QUIT SUGAR  DIET (Sarah Wilson) work, or is it a trendy celebrity diet?? Sugar (sucrose) withdrawal is rapid.

  

   Who is Jacob Bolton ???
     A portly bearded guy who is associated with Urban Seed and once was on a meat-only diet. He is married to one wife. They have a young child. He seems to prefer the company of carnivores.

     Day 5:   I  quit  sugar
Been feeling ill and dizzy for a bit, often bloating for no good reason. Feeling exhausted/drained like I always need more sleep.
I'm responding in repulsion very quickly to sweet things.

     Day 3:   I  quit  sugar

Went to bed with a migraine last night, was ok by morning tho.

I had bacon, eggs, mushrooms and cheese for breakfast.

I have also been making iced tea with fruit and water soaking over night. Makes a good alternative to fruit juice or cordial.

I'm not feeling so bad or hungry today

  David Colwell How much sugar we're you ingesting before you quit to cause these kinds of withdrawals?? I'm keenly interested because I want to know if how much I consume would be the same. I doubt I'll ever be able to quit sugar though because I need it in my coffee. That's the only time I have sugar each day though.

  Jacob Bolton It would chop and change for me, I have always had a weakness for coke but I used to imbibe quite alot initially, but my headaches have gone now

Boycott SLICES FAMILY RESTAURANT - not customer-oriented, ruins dining experience.

         CAROLINE  SPRINGS   a newish outer suburb of Melbourne.

Maria dined at SLICER'S on the night of November 25. Maria is a busy twenty-something young lady. She volunteers in feeding and consoling the unloved and homeless. (Marist outreach on Flinders Street on Friday nights.)

The self-proclaimed "Family Restaurant" was playing inapropriate images on its television.

Maria asked the waiter if he could change the channel. She didn't want herself or her friends to subjected to demeaning behaviour.

The waiter wasn't that interested in customer suggestions. The manager was called. He stated that SLICES  FAMILY  RESTAURANT  only change the television content on request AND if children are present in the dining party.
